I disagree. It's where the SP currently is that was the factor in them converting the options. It was a high risk play considering the speed and amount the SP had increased. The price could easily have retreated below 30c from the time they made payment to the date the shares were issued. I see it as a sign that they believed the SP would remain above 30c...at least for the near term.
