The options certainly put another point on the board to suggest a CR is not due at this market cap / share price.
You also brought up the point about the enterprise value, which I didn't. I do agree with you... if this hit $300m in value, for example, then I could see them going to raise a chunk of capital prior to DFS, but, at a good price higher than where we stand.
