Flash, I know that options are sometimes exercised earlier than perhaps they would otherwise for the purpose of restarting the capital gains tax clock. This could be an indicator of some expected event, 12 months or more in the future, such as a cash buyout of shares.
These are just my thoughts, and whilst this is a potential reason for the early exercise of options, I'm not implying that it is true in this case because I have insufficient knowledge of what is in the Liontown pipeline to do so.
