So Invivo are issued consideration shares at 21.5 cents each but shareholders were asked to pay 23 cents.
As stated earlier this acquisition is turning out to be a huge cost to longer term shareholders. The share price is now down 50% from when they announced the acquisition.
The company is being run by bankers and scientists. Not a good mix.
Hopefully the quarterly will be more positive than the previous quarterlies.
