That's right majority will still be held by the people who participated in the cap raising. They've all had massive windfalls from that share price rise but to get half capital gains it's after options are due to expire. Therefore the logical conclusion is if they can they would find the money elsewhere. To half their cap gains on the shares.
In general I feel the whole discussion around this is to keep that cap and profiteer by a few lol.
