imo likely more all-time highs. Particularly for higher grade ore with carbon emission tax's a new norm. For a point of reference, The 2020 global steel conference laid it out pretty well, with the forecast for demand etc. It's in MGT announcements from Oct/Nov, can't remember the exact date.
