Absolutely disgusting that Michell Guthrie & Co get the opportunity to accumulate shares at 1c as soon as they hear about an offer to buy the company, so in theory the directors still get out making a profit leaving the retail investors holding the bag. I had a quick look into Michelles stints on different boards and this is what I found. Starhub Limited went from $5 to $1, Catapult Group International went from $2 highs to .69cents and BNK Banking went from $1.60 to .38 cents so as a Chair or member of the board, every company she has been involved in has gone down the chute..
