    you realise that $1M in the bank comes at a cost of another 12M shares, therefore MLS shares do not increase in value, the converters are probably now overexposed in $ terms in MLS and sell a portion of their shares, to either fund the conversion of more options they hold, and / or to reduce their MLS holding to their desired %
