I've never believed that; the SP weakness is in my opinion due to the dilution caused by the huge increase in the actual number of "head" shares.
Starting back last October 2021 some 36 million odd shares were released from escrow and became tradeable, then in March 2022 a further 100 million were issued in a capital raising and in the past 6 weeks or so another 120 million odd have been issued with the exercising of the B options.
