    Seems unlikely to me after reading the quarterly report.

    Pg 4;

    "Non equity funding currently being pursued with several parties being engaged to deliver the remaining ~US$30 million CAPEX for the Plant."

    Looks like the company is advanced in its funding that has no equity component. That means no cr - June or later.
