    the price was already above 40c when they called on the funds on the 6th and then again on the 10th

    also they've been at this rodeo dozens of times......raising money.....it invariably has a positive impact because the broader market buys into the institutional investment story.....even more so in this case

    IMO is seems naïve at best, and negligent at worse to just issue shares at 25c when you can see on your screen that the market is valuing your shares at 40c
