Definitely not a negative, in fact it’s almost certainly an extremely positive development. I don’t care who you are 90k is 90k and is nothing to sneeze at. You wouldn’t be outlaying that much to convert unless you were exceedingly confident that the shares are going to increase substantially in price long before the end of November this year
