I'm pretty sure there aren't and would be bloody disappointed if there was as they have zero need too, they have plenty of money with which to work with I will call and ask beforehand but would be stunned if there are plans to do so. You would only do that if the company was struggling and was the verge of going off the market or something I would think. I've been through that before when it was AXG but that was because they were completely stuffed.
