MTM closed at 7.5c on Feb 22nd (day before acquisition announced)
The option agreement stated MTM to issue X shares and cash to acquire the full project rights
Share issuances as part of the payments are typically done at the trading price (7.5c) or even a discount, prior to the acquisition announcement
Vendors also deserve to make money on the upside of the company and it's success
Had MTM not proceeded, MTM would be around 7.5c still or likely less as they would've raised at lower levels to the 10c that they did raise at
I don't see how this is a "strike"
I am more interested to see these results from Hole 1 and the future holes that come, as well as Pomme's future development
Don't let a few weeks delay from extraordinary circumstances and poor share market performance these few weeks blind the potential that this can achieve
