IMO to Tony's point if they need the funds they might go onto market...however maybe they need funds in 12 months time so are converting now and waiting the 12+ months to get CGT relief...and sell them to shorts in the meantime to make profit?
Lots of reasons why this could have happened IMO - one thing is clear - shares are in the green !!
