The issue price for these shares is $1.84, would these relate to a performance target set some time ago that was achieved very recently? Or is it a case of these shares being held for 5 years as an example before they could be issued to the employee for achieving a performance target in the same period?
I haven't seen too many instances of ordinary shares issued as part of an employee incentive scheme, and if I have it usually relates to a near term performance target. Is it possible some recent performance target was met?
