I'll answer you because this has always been my most important key point, to understand when and how this long investment in Neuren will end. These shares are Pilcher and Blower's. There were 2.2 million options to convert into shares, now there are 1.9 million. At this point and by virtue of this initiative it is very clear that the company is working on every form of shareholding structure to arrive prepared for a final key point that will be solely and purely financial. I'll make it short without going into technicalities: at this point I expect these initiatives to be repeated in the next few days. I expected this process close to next July, when they would have reached their natural expiration (July 19, 2025); here it was decided to anticipate the times, a clear sign and confirmation that from April onwards anything could happen as suspected, in the sense that Neuren could no longer be an entity due to a premature TO to a phase 3. another option that is the most unlikely for the results achieved in the last 2 years and consequently open prospects, that Neuren is a great masterfully erected scam, with Pilcher as the main actor. we will suspect it, if these 300 thousand shares are dumped on the market directly on the market in the next few days (be careful with directly because they could be traded outside the market with a very different interpretative value). certainly and I believe for everyone, there is no longer any doubt that we are in fact, inside the full and final battle.
