Thanks Sillazze, if I'm reading it right it appears nearly all of the loan funded shares with $1.84 price (the 3 million you mention) have vested and are exercisable (except for 150,000 approx). I don't know how many altogether have been exercised but I know at least 900,000 have been including today's figure.
The last condition for vesting 40% of the loan shares was the decision to advance to a Phase 2b or Phase 3 trial for 2591. Presumably most of that has vested over the past months.
It will be interesting to see how many of these notices we see over the coming weeks, but it could just be time is running out and the employees need to exercise them. Also there are loans to repay for the scheme as this was the reason given today. But like you I'm intrigued if these announcements represent something more lucrative ie the final battle
