i see. no royalty on new acland as old land title- pre the rules. water license is the only thing. an award of license will put up the SP by over 10% in a single day imho, in these conditions. the new acland isnt fully factored in, more the current coal prices of over $600 AUD, thats 4bil+ ebitda on bengalla at the moment.
