I believe a max of 118,512,720 shares can be issued
Thats 118,513 shares per note (1000 notes in total, face value of $200K per note)
These guys are converting at 106,746 shares per note - i.e. pretty close to the cap
Im not sure what happens once max shares are issued, maybe the holders just get some cash back not sure. But evidently there is a stampede to convert to shares first
Obviously a good trade - 106K shares is worth close to 700K now, when the notes were purchased at 200K
