its ~11% dilution i think
essentially the company gave away ~ 500m of value for free
but given the situation we are in, i think its ok. 500m is less than 1 qtr of ebitda, so i hope the company does some sort of hedge or off market buyback to reduce the SOI again. otherwise EPS etc will be distorted
I dont think in rob millners wildest dreams would he have expected coal prices to go from 80 usd to 400 usd in a year
