I think the Board has a responsibility to report to th e ASX the names of the Note Holders who are converting into new shares. shareholders were totally excluded from being able to take up an entitlement for this convertible notes. the secrecy surrounding this issue( done in Singapore), no details of the names of the holders etc. Is of concern but not to the regulatory authorities. the fact that now millions of shares are being issued for nothing when compared to the current market price of $7+. protesters are complaining about the mining of coal but not about a convertible note issue to a favoured few. the dilution caused by converting note holders. should ring danger signals. But shareholders are silent. No petition to demand names etc of Note holders
