    err why does it need to be named? Are you named on the register? The total dilution is ~11%

    The latest results presentation already said they are looking at ways of minimising the dilution from these notes.


    If the share price went down from $2 at time of issue to $1 you wouldnt be posting this. Just be happy the stock has more than tripled.
