The world - and our prospects - looked very different not that long ago.
Margins weren't fantastic, getting capital was challenging due to all the ESG-mania, and the odds of an improvement weren't high. The Agenda seemed unassailable.
Best evidence is local. Had I any inkling of just how well things would turn I'd have thrown every spare dollar at NHC rather than where I did allocate them over the past 2 years. I was holding because I was in the red, not because I thought there was a future*.
And today, even my small holding will yield the largest dividend cheque I've ever seen.

*-Even today the Greens are talking up some Methane restriction and demanding no new coal or gas mining. I'd like to see what our economy - and budget - looks like if their 'policies' become reality. I get the impression they really do not understand.
