Mr Robert Millner and others in the SOL/BKW/NHC agglomeration have always AFAIK looked after the best interests of all shareholders, including small retail holders.
The convertible notes issue in hindsight was a rare misstep, so I agree, terrific that this saga has come to a close.
My judgment isn't perfect but Mr Millner and ex-TPG and now TUA man Mr David Teoh would have to be two of corporate Oz's best businessmen. Mr Quinton Hildebrand of RIC is younger but deserves an honourable mention thus far from what outsiders can observe (never the full story).
