I've said Spark contract was initially $1.1m/4yrs, and has near tripled. It has.. Hopefully Optus contract also well exceeds the $3M contract minimum - Nor have also annouced expected additional premium contracts. All you do is sook though.
How do you know there aren't large upfront or front ended contract payments? If you know anything about these kinds of contracts (the ones BS and shell trolls said wouldn't ever happen), you would expect either large upfront or significant 1st year payments.
