At this point nothing has changed financially for NOR. Cash flow remains miniscule, debt remains astronomical and outgoings are laughable for a business that doesn't have any material IP or a demonstrable product.. At any point if their debt gets called in they are cactus. Talk about Humpty Dumpty. Optus reported a loss of $489M last year. They probably paid more for stationery last year than the entire 5 year "estimated" $2.98M deal with NOR.

Just a thought - maybe NOR should buy an industrial 3D printer and pivot from SAAS to branded phone covers? Or even a fish and chip shop near Optus' head office? Get Tot flipping burgers and working the deep fryer and PO on the front counter. No salmon for obvious reasons.

Think of it like property developers or carpenters who win a contract to build a heap of homes. Yes, they might see a profit at the end but how many go out of business long before the completion of the project? All business need working capital, NOR has none or at very least so little it is barely none.
