    A note holder could convert at any time between now and December. So why convert now ?

    The answer is simple. The holder could sell at say 2.5c and use the cash elsewhere. And of course he/she has free options should the price appreciate.

    At least they would not be sweating on the ability of Norwood to redeem the notes when due.
