I couldn't see the doc letting this go under now when they are so close to cash flow positive , just one more deal away in my opinion .
but your entitled to your opinion and in time we will see how it all unfolds .
could possibly be some clues in Wednesday,s quarterly report but that's just me speculating.
perhaps if it comes good I'll shout you a Pimm's at the royal oak , or would you prefer the golden sheaf ?

Thanks for the reply, Tooheys8, and your generous offer. I'd be much obliged if you could include Holla, Cel, Swag, Tio Pepe, Cotchy, Howler and growler.

My question to you would be: if you held $25000 worth of convertible notes, which with interest at 10% gives you $27500 due in December, would you convert to shares now ?
