roughly for a month after the notes announcement the price was 3.3 cents could have converted and sold and got your 10% that way and still kept the options .
but like I say Billy hindsight is a wonderful thing , and selling that mount of shares in that time frame might have been difficult without dropping the price .
we will never know now .
