    i don't know how much money they need to get the bank running....some articles i read are not promising in their views ....
    we just have to wait it out .2 years is november 4th or close to it .we should find out by then if we granted the license .
    if we are successful can we raise the money to get it running .
    i tried to contact the bank yet no response .....
