As a new cynic apparently. I’m seeing way too much crossover with the same ppl involved in pretty much the exact type of dodgy BS in their other companies or just generally very sus behaviour.

can no longer believe they are just terrible at their job in practice (as opposed to talk) and detached from reality in how much they should earn anymore. They’ve not declared other directorships in annual reports, overpaid themselves considering a comparison to actually profitable similar companies, have conflicts of interest everywhere lending money to their own other companies. I wouldn’t put it past them to say they had interests in some of those companies in the buying spree considering behaviour not declaring some elsewhere. This feels increasingly like some sus AF shit a regulator should look at imho because someone got rich here and it wasn’t me and I can make a flashy powerpoint too
