Not really. My reading is that contractors have been gifted shares for free (zero cash consideration). Novatti has optimistically valued the free shares at 8 cents each presumably for ASX reporting requirements and who knows why else.
Contractors can pop in and sell on market for 4-5cents and walk away with $30K or so if anyone is silly enough to buy them.
