Just because someone uses the 'handle' JL on Hotcopper, does not necessarily mean they are John Larsen of Kingaroy.
Just because someone uses the handle "Rocket" on Hotcopper, does not necessarily mean they are the President of North Korea [though I am starting to wonder].
And just because charges against Mr Peter Bond and others were withdrawn in a Queensland court, does not mean that Linc Energy did not pollute the environment in the vicinity of Chinchilla. Linc did, and was convicted for it.
