NRZ has much lower market cap than AGL at the moment. Both carry risk.
SA Government is light years behind NSW government when we look at commercialization of NRZ compared with AGL projects.
Also Atlassian founder and member of Albo’s inner city Sydney elite M Cannon Brookes owns a fair bit of AGL whereas NRZ is held by people as far away from the Sydney elite as you can get.
So the comparison is a bit unfair,
