Nav, mate, I shake my head in bewilderment when I read statements such as yours below, although they are not uncommon on this forum.
I am of the firm belief that this will change in the coming months with the upcoming derisking event of securing more strategic partners and financing the remaining 30%.
You have identified part of the solution, but have not identified the cause of the problem.
I have said on a few occasions that the root causes of NRZ's problems are not technical, but are deeply rooted, mainly in global environmental issues, and to a lesser extent, in national and local environmental and heritage issues.
Think about the root causes and their long-term effects, please. Don't just expect a good outcome, it might not happen.
Until these issues are satisfactorily resolved, no bank or potential partner will risk committing to NRZ, IMO.
