Well, as of a moment ago there were 903 views of the thread, so there are many people reading it I guess like me, who do not feel the need to give the Announcement a 'thumbs up'.
I think all these 'cashing in' events of employee options, mostly NRZAW, can only indicate staff departing. My guess is that NRZ is probably at the point of falling below critical mass, where there are not enough Company boots on the ground now to produce any meaningful work towards the goal of urea production.

US citizens, who do get to vote, are not the only ones who can hold an opinion .Likewise, I don't get to vote at NRZ meetings as a non-holder, but that does not disqualify me from having and expressing an opinion.
