Legman, I think there is a very clear message emerging here. Major shareholders, particularly the two largest, and EECP to lesser extent, along with unsecured creditors have boxed themselves into a corner.

They're impotent. Any rash move on their part at the moment could put NRZ into administration. They would then lose everything; hence they appear to be nervous and reluctant to become more financially involved. It definitely looks like a shot across the bow indicating a wavering of confidence, to me.

No kneejerk reaction on their part, please. Their success is firmly dependent on the success of NRZ, poor buggers. IMO of course.
