"Following the issue of the Ordinary Shares to which this announcement relates, the subscriber will be entitled to receive Ordinary Shares worth $1,051,000 (in relation to the Second Investment) on date(s) to be determined by the Subscriber through April 2024."
EECP has already paid for these shares. That's another 80,000,000 minimum Ordinary Shares to be issued before 19 April.
The final POTENTIAL $5 million investment from EECP is still in play. I think it unlikely that EECP will invest more before taking up their current entitlement.
Where will the much needed cash come from this time?
