Just what EECP's current firm commitment, if any, to NRZ is, I don't know, but I would be very surprised if they are holding a significant number of NRZ shares.

I believe that they would have covered themselves and far as is possible. Their MO suggests that they have regarded their input to NRZ as purely business (take your 10%+ and run), and in no way a partnership or long-term holder. Unlike creditors, I think that they will be able to weather any storm with minimum damage. Just IMO.
