Because if I was them, that’s what I would have done.

They had been consistently dumping the price down and then picking up cheaper tranches.
Why would you not use your tranches to dump it to 0.001, and then pickup as much of your 10% capacity as you can at the cheapest price possible, with the remaining balance ?

On top of that, there is huge support at 0.001, to somewhat protect you at that level…. Even though they’re already overall, hugely in the green.

Not sure who you think from NeuRizer would benefit …. More dilution is hardly a good thing for them.
