Perhaps that is the reason.
But given the last 4C and how Miller tried to spin it with "customer reviews " , perhaps it was the realisation finally by some on the Board and I dare say RealTek in particular that Miller's strategy and approach was a failure.
You have to understand Realtek is a commercial investor, they have no interest seeing this venture fail.
The company has always needed a supply and licensing deal/s and that always needed to be the primary focus for NUH
Miller's strategy contradicts RealTek's business model. I suppose someone had to eventually call for a change. While RealTek was developing the chip perhaps they were prepared to give Miller the benefit of the doubt, notice that despite having RealTek , NUH did not really change their strategy at all, one would of thought a complete revamp would of occurred, but it didn't. And now its crunch time. They need a deal.
