2 choices IMO. The software needed fixing IMO and also if that didn't resolve issues hardware needed fixing then RT needed paying. Raising $ this is survival not M & A and that excuse IMO has been used for a reason regarding accounting / audit and possibly comply with relisting. .
The only m and A is reversing something else in here unless there is a deal pending presentation of a viable device that will meet approval standards and have a marketable technical advantage over other sin marketplace and be able to be presented at a competitive cost
