Yes, but it is also a standard line speculative companies use to cover themselves, not the first time I have seen a line like that.
They are involved in a “strategic review” my hope is they put forward and embark on a direction that plays to their advantages and not continue with Miller’s folly.
I don’t see how Miller can continue after this.
