Maybe no rules but a massive conflict of interests
Simply cannot serve 2 masters
If they are BOD of NWE then first and only duty is to us shareholders and NOT MIN
Not encouraging as we have seen them already fail in this regards
If they remain as BOD of NWE then I would expect they must abstain from any vote regarding LD-1 and that makes the JV unworkable
So for practical reasons they must go
