So, i thought it odd that along with the conversion notice we didn't get a 3Y (Change in director notice).
Options exercisable at 10 cents expiring 26 August 2022

So it appears that there are 4m NXMAL's out there and Shaw and Partners hold 2m of them. Not sure who the other holder is or who exercised. It will be interesting to see if Shaw and Partners are nett buyers or sellers next week

As an aside, directors hold many options that are well into the money now also.
