Everyone's portfolio were hit hard if it wasn't hedged. It's part of the investing life and we all have to learn to live with it and stick to our own investing strategy I guess.
US futures have a nice bounce based on the current data from this nasty sell-off, but I guess this may not be the end. Just get prepared for something worse so we don't get panic. Good luck.
