A publication “Defence World” recently published that, on or around 19 June, Brett Hazelden purchased 1 million shares at an average of 5 cents ps. I haven’t seen any ASX reported evidence of this purchase.
On 19 June OD6 advised the market that 1 million performance shares were allocated to BH at no cost. They were performance shares based on the doubling of MR estimate.
So where did Defence World get its info from? Why would BH buy on market when he could have bought shares in the SPP with his monies going to the company coffers rather than a seller in the market place?
I would guess the defence publication is wrong and BH has deferred his shareholdings to remain as freebies.
