The shortfall shares will have been taken up by sticky hands, your average joe bloggs is unlikely to have got any, most likely see some new sub holder notices and its unlikely they will be selling there cheap shares, its been well known by the people purhcasing the shortfall from the last raise, they could sell last few days and get back at in at the bottom.
Buying action was very strong late yesterday.
