why did these vest ? I haven't seen what hurdles have been met to make these vest ? (they should provide a transparent announcement around exactly which hurdle was met and what portion of the performance shares have vested. A list of the outstanding performance options that may still vest. And a list of those performance options that have expired (/not vested) as they missed their deadline to meet the performance hurdle.
they need to get a wriggle on ... i am long past being tired waiting for some decent share price growth....it is like rubbing salt in a wound to see directors getting performance shares/options when the share price is not far above the 28cents per share reached before they took over around 3 years ago.
